PECERA (Hong Kong) was invited by the International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) and Against Child Abuse Ltd to chair a session at the international congress titled “Towards a Caring and Non-Violent Community: A Child's Perspective”. The congress was held from September 7 to 10, 2008 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. On behalf of PECERA (Hong Kong), Prof. Albert Lee chaired a presentation session on “Prevention / Home Visiting Program” on September 9, 2008.
