The Pacific Early Childhood Education Research Association (PECERA) held its 11th Annual Conference from July 25 to 27, 2010 (Sun to Tue) in Hangzhou, China. This year, the conference was themed “Early Childhood Education in a Changing World”. The authors of “Preschool in Three Cultures: Japan, China and the United States”, Prof. Joseph Tobin, Prof. Mayumi Karasawa and Dr. Yeh Hsueh, were invited to be the keynote speakers. About 430 participants from more than 10 countries attended the conference.
